About Me

I’m a learning junkie who is passionate about helping others build elegant solutions. I’m currently in Washington, DC helping organizations evolve the way they develop leaders; creating new integrative models of human transformation; and working with a tribe of mystics, plumbers, coaches, and executives on the cutting edge of leadership development. I love comparing notes, trading book recommendations, and connecting with other hungry pioneers.

I have consulted with a variety of clients including Microsoft, Samsung USA, Department of Health and Human Services, Veterans Affairs Administration, Small Business Administration, DC Mayor’s Office, Fannie Mae, Building Excellent Schools, The United States Army, and Harvard University. I have a Masters in Divinity from Harvard University and a doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning from the George Washington University.

The thoughts expressed here are my own and do not necessarily represent the ideas of my clients.
